  • Orders are processed within 2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Expedited 7–10 business days Faster delivery for select products.
International 15–40 business days Products shipped from China. Customs may delay delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Final shipping fee is displayed at checkout before order confirmation.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • After shipping, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

  • Track your package until it reaches your address.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: Not supported.

  • Military addresses (APO/FPO): Accepted, may take longer.

  • Remote locations: May experience delays.


6. Address Accuracy

Refund & Return Policy – TechNuha

At TechNuha LLC, your satisfaction is our priority.


1. Returns

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery.

  • Conditions:

    • Item must be unused, in original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase required.
